Title: Principal Development Infrastructure Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week

Salary Range: $117656.77 to $136737.2 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:

The key focus areas of this role include: 
1) Facilitate the development and management of Council’s development contribution plans, and monitor service delivery of infrastructure identified under contribution plans or Executed Agreements prepared under Part 7 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act.
2) Develop and review of policy and procedures for the Contributions Panel.
3) Mentor and develop and build capacity with less experienced staff from across the Planning Division as well as staff responsible for infrastructure planning and delivery 

 

About you:

We’re looking for a collaborative and self motivated professional with demonstrated experience in infrastructure contributions management to join our Strategic and Place Planning team.  With exceptional communication skills, your ability to cultivate and foster effective stakeholder relationships internally and externally is crucial as is the ability to balance competing community and Council priorities.
