Applicant guidelines

We have prepared the following guidelines to assist you when applying for a role at Northern Beaches Council. Our simple advice is to be prepared, pay attention to detail, and take your time.

Have this information ready prior to applying for a role

any supporting document (i.e. cover letter, qualifications, licences, work samples etc.)

Prepare these before you start your online application. Recommended formats are .doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt, .rtf or .html, no larger than 2MB.

Cover off the Selection Criteria

Please spend the time to answer them carefully. Focus on your qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities and relevant work experience.
