The Role Purpose 
This role is part of the HR leadership team, leading systems administration focused on the delivery of people management lifecycle solutions through multi channels to improve the work experience of all staff.  The function is responsible for the stabilisation, maintenance and optimisation of Council’s Human Capital Management system (People Central) consisting of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance, Learning, Employee Central Payroll and Kronos (Time and Attendance, Rostering, Leave Management and Award Interpreter). The role is responsible for a team of Services Advisors and System Administrators and with the team will drive and optimise our HR Service Delivery model.
