Title: Manager, Development Engineering & Certification, TRP Contract - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week

Competitive Salary Package circa $200k TRP inclusive of super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include: 

  1. Lead the Development Engineering & Certification team on a strategic and day-to-day basis to provide a high quality development assessment and certification service for engineering related applications, to ensure efficient allocation of resources and a strong team culture with a focus on high performance and sustainable results. 
  2. Develop, implement and improve systems and processes to ensure high quality assets and services are delivered during development works that do not negatively affect Council’s infrastructure and maintain or improve our natural and built environment
  3. Develop and implement a comprehensive suite of development related engineering controls, staying up to date with relevant engineering standards and regulations, and ensuring Council’s responsibilities are met with minimal successful challenges in Land and Environment Court
