Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include: 
1) Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organisational functions and business processes.
2) Where required coordinate and oversee the work and scope of other Business Analyst's on large projects/programs work to achieve a consistent quality output on time
3) Collaborate closely with the business, aligning with ERP strategy, to identify and analyze areas for improvement in business systems, processes, workflows, and customer service. Evaluate the implications of system changes and establish testing protocols to ensure enhancements meet functional requirements.
4) Generate clear, detailed project scoping and design documentation for technical specialists to build appropriate business solutions. Integrate test plans to validate that solutions adhere to project specifications.
5) Consult effectively with business areas, managers, departments, users, workplace bodies, and other stakeholders. Ensure their requirements are accurately captured and reflected in test scenarios.
6) Champion changes from the business perspective, ensuring alignment with business needs, objectives, and IT strategy. Advocate for comprehensive testing to support successful change implementation.
7) Manage the implementation phase of each solution or business improvement to minimize disruption and downtime. Coordinate testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure a positive impact on the business.

About you:
We’re looking for a Lead ERP Business Analyst to join the ERP Replacement Program team. You’ll bring experience working in large ERP Programs (ideally asset management and TechnologyOne experience) and enthusiasm along with a proactive approach to leading a quality business solution outcome to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
