Title: Corporate Administration Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $65166.42 to $75733.98 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

The position sits within Councils Strategy, Performance and Records Business Unit and will work across the Business Unit to support the ongoing administrative operations of Corporate Strategy, Organisational Performance and Records by rotating through the areas assisting with grant administrative, corporate planning, records management and continuous improvement activities

Our opportunity:
The Key focus areas of this role include:
- Support the Corporate Strategy Team in the development of and reporting on strategies and plans as well as management of grants.
- Support the Organisational Performance Team in the preparation of service reviews, improvement analysis and reporting.
- Support the Records Team in digital and physical mailroom services, including the digitisation, registration and distribution of mail and other Records functions
About you:
Are you passionate about using and/or developing your administration and improvement skills to support Council’s Corporate Teams to achieve better outcomes? We’re looking for a proactive and energetic individual with sound communication skills and either experience in organisational administration or have completed tertiary education and are looking to start a career in the corporate functions of an organisation, to join our team.
