Title: Business Project Manager ERP, TRP Contract - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week (Initially 12 months)
Salary range: $155,411.51 to $180,614.35 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
We are seeking a Business Project Manager to drive key aspects of our ERP program, ensuring business needs are captured, aligned with ERP system capabilities, and delivered effectively through structured project management.
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Lead business engagement and requirements management, working with Product Leads (PLs), Process Owners (POs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to define, document, and validate business requirements while identifying risks and dependencies.
- Manage the process of ensuring the business document their requirements and they are translated into solution designs in collaboration with IT and vendor teams.
- Oversee onboarding, enablement, and training of POs and SMEs, ensuring they are equipped for ERP adoption through training, testing preparation, and process documentation, while addressing knowledge gaps.
- Drive project monitoring, risk, and quality management, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure ERP solutions meet business expectations.
- Manage stakeholder communication and engagement, maintaining strong relationships, providing clear reporting, and proactively working with the ERP Program leadership team.
