Our opportunity:

The key focus areas of this role include: 

 

  1. Collaborate closely with the business to align with ERP strategy, identifying and analysing areas for improvement in business systems, processes, workflows, and customer service. Evaluate the implications of system changes and establish testing protocols to ensure enhancements meet functional requirements.
  2. Generate clear, detailed project scoping and design documentation for technical specialists to build appropriate business solutions. Integrate test plans to validate that solutions adhere to project specifications.
  3. Consult effectively with business areas, managers, departments, users, workplace bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure their requirements are accurately captured and reflected in test scenarios.
  4. Champion changes from the business perspective, ensuring alignment with business needs, objectives, and IT strategy. Advocate for comprehensive testing to support successful change implementation.
  5. Liaise with technical resources, both internal and external, to monitor technical developments. Ensure that key development milestones are met, business improvements are included, and the final solution aligns with business requirements. Maintain involvement throughout the development and testing cycles.
  6. Ensure all developments are consistent with legislative and professional standards, maintaining data integrity and security at all times. Oversee testing to ensure system interfaces are effective and reliable.
  7. Manage the implementation phase of each solution or business improvement to minimize disruption and downtime. Coordinate testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure a positive impact on the business.
