Title: Applications Analyst, Temporary - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week. 8 Month Contract Role 

Salary Range: $101751.32 to $118251.57 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include: 
1)    Leading new requests for change across the application portfolio, setting expectations and delivering to agreed timeframes ensuring the outcome is in line with organisational and community outcomes.
2)    Creating and maintaining of technical documentation, including design documents, release notes, and Knowledge Base Articles
3)    Provide solution advice and options ensuring they address security, compliance and legislation requirements

4)    Triage and action incidents and requests related to Council's core applications, adhering to ITIL best practices and processes as per the Council’s ITSM requirements.

We’re looking for a proactive and customer centric Application Analyst professional, with TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere experience, to join our Applications team.  You’ll bring accountability, strong analytical skills, and an ability to prioritise and multitask to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
