Title: Application Analyst, Temporary - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week (12 month contract with possible extensions)

Salary Range: $98,787.69 to $114,807.35 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:

The Application Analyst is primarily responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting the Council’s core applications. Council is undergoing a phased ERP transformation; you will also be contributing to the design, implementation, and success of the program. 

The key focus areas of this role include: 

  1. Support and maintain Council’s applications, including being part of a team transitioning the organisation to a new ERP solution in a phased approach
  2. Lead new requests for change across the application portfolio, setting expectations,  and delivering to agreed timeframes ensuring the outcome is in line with organisational and community outcome
  3. Deliver business service requirements by ensuring ITSM practices including incident management and resolution, change request management, acceptance testing, and deployment are met at a high level
  4. Produce and maintain knowledge articles, including how-to and technical guides, to support knowledge retention, and enhance end user competency and adherence by providing ongoing support and guidance


About you:
To be part of a team transitioning to a new ERP solution while maintaining and supporting both existing and new systems. You will need to be an autonomous independent worker, while also contributing collaboratively to a team environment.

You will be positive, have strong analytical skills and be solutions oriented.
