Field support

Council offers several operational roles, many of which and require appropriate work-related trade or technical qualifications/certification. Staff members are empowered and responsible for undertaking tasks that will have some elements of complexity.

Field roles involve working outside of the office environment, providing service and support and diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining solutions.
